Monday September 2, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Bill and Katie discuss how to break the news that Will doesn’t actually have a sister, while Li faces off against Luna in the boiler room as Luna tries to escape.
Friday’s Early B&B recap: Finn kicks in the apartment door and reunites with Steffy, while Li corners Luna.
At Poppy’s old apartment, Steffy reassures Finn that she’s fine and urges him to find Luna.

He needs to get her out of there. He yanks on the cage as she tells him she knew he’d find her.
Thirsty, she drinks a bottle of water he grabs from the kitchen. She informs him that Luna has the key. He tries to pry the lock with a screwdriver but it doesn’t work. Steffy convinces him to go find Luna.

Li faces Luna with a look of disgust on her face.
She grabs Luna to ensure she doesn’t get away and can’t believe she’s the killer and that she framed her own mother. Luna scoffs.

She knows Li hates Poppy. Li denies that and Luna starts telling her aunt about how bad it was growing up with Poppy for a mom.
Bill would have given her everything she wanted. “Now get out of my way,” she says, getting in her aunt’s face. Li refuses and Luna goes off on her that she never paid attention to her. Luna admits she was jealous of Finn.
Li says she gave Poppy all sorts of advice and she never took it. Luna claims she did what she had to do with the fake paternity test and her possible biological father, though Luna says there were more contenders.

Li’s shocked. Luna explains she read Tom’s letters when she was younger. Switching gears, she bemoans killing Hollis, who only wanted her to know about the letters. “And I thought your mother made poor choices,” Li says.

How could Luna do this to her cousin’s wife? Luna tries to get her out of the way but Li body slams her to the floor. “Nozawa Power,” she says.

Baker arrives with a cop and Li tells him, “There’s your murderer.” Baker knows. The cop cuffs Luna as Baker explains that Finn called them with the whole story.

At Bill’s, Katie and Bill discuss Will needing to find out that he doesn’t have a sister.
Maybe they can be friends. Katie isn’t sure since Poppy’s in jail for murder. Bill can’t wrap his mind around her being a murderer. Katie understands his heart says one thing but the evidence is overwhelming.
CBS
He knows, but still is unconvinced and worried Poppy will do time and it’ll affect Luna. Katie knows he’ll be there for her. Bill admits Luna sees him differently now. Justin calls and asks if the man is serious.
He’ll head over there now and would like to be the one to tell her. He disconnects and tells Katie he was right about Poppy’s innocence. Katie’s shocked and asks who did it. Bill doesn’t know yet and runs off to the jail.

Poppy’s taken to the visitation room, confused. Who is she seeing? The cop leaves her there. Bill turns up and lets Luna know that Justin has a contact in the justice department who told him that the police apprehended the real murderer. Poppy’s stunned. Bill tells her she’s being released. Poppy bawls into her hands as Bill tells her he knew deep down she didn’t do it.

Back at the apartment, Finn finds something to break the lock and once he does, he and Steffy share a long tearful hug.

Back in jail, Bill embraces Poppy and she asks who did it. Baker appears and Luna arrives with the cop.
Poppy smiles brightly and tells Luna the cops know she didn’t do it. They caught the real killer! Luna stares at the floor and then glares, Poppy’s confused. What’s wrong?

Finn carries Steffy over the threshold of the cliffhouse and he worries about her. She’s fine and wants to see the kids but he tells her they’ll wait.
CBS
They should take her to the hospital but she wants to be home with him. They tell each other how much they believe in one another and Steffy knew he’d come rescue her. Their love guided him to her. Finn’s her hero. They kiss.
