Tuesday September 10, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, RJ feels guilty about the situation, Deacon joins the family to honor Luna’s victims, and Bill reassures Poppy that she’s not at fault.
Monday’s Early B&B recap: Poppy apologizes to Steffy, and Will asks Katie if she envisions a future with Bill.
At Eric’s place, the family comes together to celebrate Steffy. Ridge expresses his gratitude to his dad for organizing the event, and he and Taylor discuss Steffy’s incredible strength.

RJ expresses to Steffy how awful he feels about the situation and admits that he feels responsible for what happened.

She assures him he’s not.
Steffy asks about the kids and Hope says they are playing.
Donna and Brooke tells Steffy she’s looking great after all she’s been through.

They all talk about the horrible things that Luna did to Steffy, the two dead men and her mom. RJ is sure it’s killing Poppy to realize that Luna is not who she thought she was at all.

Steffy just wants to get back to work and come to the office tomorrow.
RJ continues feeling like he’s to blame for all of this but Steffy says there’s no way they could have seen this coming.

Deacon arrives and Eric explains Steffy asked for him to be invited. They know Deacon lost two good friends.

They all sit together and Steffy recounts her story of catching Luna kissing Bill, then following her to the apartment to confront her and being drugged.
CBS
Brooke is sure it was awful. Steffy felt like a dangerous animal in that cage. She pushed Luna to admit the truth to her.
CBS
Deacon says that Hollis and Tom didn’t stand a chance. Tom was a hero to him. Brooke assures him he was there for him.
Hope points out none of them suspected this, no matter how closely they worked with Luna.
CBS
Steffy takes Zende and RJ aside and explains that Luna faked being drugged and took advantage of him.
Brooke apologizes for being so hard on him when Luna was manipulating them all.
CBS
Zende and Brooke hug and then he hugs RJ.
CBS
Hope corners Finn, sure he doesn’t want to hear from her, but she just wanted to tell him he’s a true hero for rescuing Steffy. Taylor watches them.
CBS
Taylor makes a speech about the need to keep your kids safe. They all thank Finn for saving Steffy.
CBS
Steffy says that she’s always believed in Finn’s love and how it can overcome all obstacles.
As they kiss, Hope looks away. Her mom is sure to whisper to her that that’s a love that can never be broken.
CBS
At Bill’s, he gets off a business call and asks Poppy how she is. Tearing up, she says she’s grateful for be out of jail.
CBS
He’s sorry she went through all that. She sorry she put him through it. He points out she didn’t.
Poppy is still trying to process what Luna did. He urges her not to blame herself.
CBS
She feels like she should have known something was “terribly off” and prevented this.
Bill says she didn’t fail. Luna was good at hiding things.
Poppy really believed that she and Luna were as close as possible. She can’t help but ask what she did to turn her daughter into a tragically lost soul.
CBS
As they sit, they talk about all Steffy endured because of the kiss she saw.
In retrospect, Bill sees he should have asked her to leave but he thought she was just overreacting.
They are just happy that Steffy is okay.
CBS
She’s not sure she can come to terms with all the carnage her daughter caused. Part of her wants to protect her but the other part is hurt and angry.
Her own daughter was willing to let her rot in prison. How could she do that?
Bill says Luna was very broken but she did the best she could.
CBS
Poppy realizes that love wasn’t enough. Is this all her fault?
She keeps blaming herself and he insists she’s not to blame.
Poppy tells him how wonderful he has been. It makes her love him even more.
CBS
The one good thing to come from all this is that she’s been talking to her sister more. She’s going to spend more time with her.
Bill thinks that’s great. Poppy knows they didn’t make a child, but their night together will still be one she will always cherish. She’s grateful for his kindness and generosity.

He’ll always be close to her heart. He holds her as she sobs.
