Friday September 13, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke insists to Hope that she shouldn’t go after Finn, Bill thanks Katie for watching out for him, and Liam and Will discuss what’s been happening with their dad.
Thurday’s Early B&B recap: Finn is pleasantly surprised by Li’s positive behavior towards Poppy, while Poppy assumes Katie is trying to rekindle her relationship with Bill.
In the design office, Hope tells Brooke that Steffy isn’t appreciating Finn the way she should.

Her mom assumes Hope believes she could appreciate Finn better.
Brooke reminds her that she can’t pursue another woman’s husband and urges her to move on from Finn.

Brooke keeps repeating this so it will sink in and begs her daughter to confirm she understands.
Hope thinks they have discussed this to death. Her mom rehashes the kiss and urges her not to make the same mistakes she did.

“Maybe not some of the things,” Hope jokes. Her mom reminds her that Finn is married with children.
Hope starts complaining about how tired she is of Steffy’s dictatorial ways.

Ridge and Carter arrive in the office as Taylor beams about how much Finn is appreciating having Steffy back.
CBS
They ruin the mood with news about HFTF. As they go over the numbers, Ridge says they will have to make a decision about the line.
CBS
They decide to call Hope in. Steffy doubts she will react well. Taylor wonders if this means the end of HFTF.
They call Hope in.

Hope and her mom arrive, surprised that Finn and Taylor are still there.
They sit and Hope assumes they are discussing ehr mom’s line. they are all happy about it.
Hope assumes they are out to axe HFTF again. Carter shows her the latest projections. They aren’t even close. Nothing has turned around and she’s been given lots of time.

Ridge says they can’t run a business on wishful thinking. Hope understands the stakes and begs for her team to finish the quarter.
Looking around, she guesses they won’t let that happen. Is this the end of the line?

Liam and will go to Il Giardino and talk about their fake sister. Liam wants to know that he’s doing okay given all the stuff happening with their dad.
CBS
Will is sad for their dad. He could sense he was excited about the insta-family. Will wasn’t so excited.
Liam admits it was all weird. Luna seemed nice. They’re surprised their dad fell for it.
CBS
“Jeeze,” Will says, just happy their dad is safe. Katie’s instincts kicked in and she had it out for Poppy.
Liam wonders if he’s hoping for a reunion between his parents.
Will says anything is possible. Liam wonders if he wants that to happen considering that Bill ahs put Katie through hard times.
CBS
Will thinks his mom is awesome and Bill is Bill. Liam senses he’s scared for his mom.
His brother says he doesn’t need his parents to be together. He just wants his mom to be happy and well-treated.
CBS
Bill is surprised to find Katie still in his house, making calls. She explains that Poppy was there a few minutes ago to pick up some of her stuff.
CBS
He admits they haven’t discussed the future. They are processing what’s happened.
Katie explains that she apologized to her.
CBS
He knows she was wrong about Poppy but right about something being off. She says he had proof Luna was his and no reason to doubt it. She tried to be excited for him but couldn’t push her concerns away.
It means a lot to him that she’s still looking out for him.
CBS
She knows they have painful memories but doesn’t see the point in hanging onto teh resentment. He smiles and says she’s the wisest person he knows.
They sit and talk about how smart she is. She gets the real him.
Bill asks if she’s happy. He thinks about her a lot. She was the smile at the end of his day.
CBS
It’s important to him that she’s happy. She is, especially now that Will’s home.
Bill says the three of them can spend more time together. They are still a beautiful little family.

“I don’t trust Steffy. I really feel like she’s going to do something to upend Hope’s life,” Brooke tells Finn.

“I think it’s best for both of us if he don’t spend time together,” Hope tells Finn.
CBS
“You know how I feel about you Ridge. You are the love of my life. You always will be,” Taylor tells Ridge.
