Friday September 20, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Deuce receives his test results, while Brooke and Taylor discuss Hope. Meanwhile, Steffy urges Ridge to convince her mom to settle down and put down roots.
Thursday’s Early B&B recap: Taylor makes a bold move on Ridge, while Steffy and Finn share an intimate moment.
Taylor is surprised when Brooke shows up at the cliff house. Taylor, eager to clear the air, insists she’s not back to rekindle things with her ex.

Brooke asks if this means they can try being friends again, but Taylor reminds her it didn’t work out before.
Brooke suggests they give it another shot, but Taylor says it depends on the advice Brooke gives Hope and how it impacts Steffy’s family.

Taylor is not impressed when Brooke says that what her daughter did was just out of line.
The doctor thinks Hope has wonderful qualities and she won’t condemn her and the Logans. But Hope needs to understand she can’t keep going after Finn.
Brooke has told her that he’s off-limits. She just wants her daughter to avoid making the same mistakes she did.

They want their kids to avoid their competitive past. Taylor thinks that Hope has been lost and confused. She seems obsessed and this can’t be swept under the rug.

Brooke has been trying but Taylor doesn’t think she’s trying hard enough. The doctor wonders if Hope is out for revenge over the line.
Brooke thinks she needs to convince Steffy not to use the fate of the line against Hope.
They agree they want their children to be happy and Brooke offers to make sure he daughter doesn’t follow her heart to Finn.

They decide to try to be friends. It’s too bad it has taken so long for them to get to this point.
Taylor says life is too short to hold onto old resentments.

In the Forrester office, Ridge and Steffy go over the latest number for HFTF. They still aren’t good.

They talk about her mom’s positive perspective rubbing off on them and how much they have missed her.
Steffy says that he’s not the same without Taylor around. She wants her mom to put her roots down. She’s the light in their lives.
CBS
She urges Ridge to try to convince her to stay. Her mom is her best friend and she needs her.
Her dad suggests she tell her that. Steffy doesn’t want to ask her to sacrifice her travel but she wants her there.

She urges Ridge to welcome her and convince her to remain in LA.
Her mom gets all that’s going on with Hope and can bring peace to the family. He says maybe she can finally end the feud.

Deuce the pilot goes to see Finn in his office for his lab results. After some small talk, Finn assures him he’s in good shape.
CBS
He gets a text and needs to take care of something.
CBS
As soon as he leaves, Deuce snoops around. April the lab tech comes in with his results. He asks her to give it to him straight.
He’s sure his cholesterol is way off and starts talking about his diet. She explains only Finn can give him the results.

Finn and Li return. Deuce is confused there are two doctor Finnegans.
CBS
Once April leaves, Deuce is sure the end is coming but Finn assures him his lab results are excellent.
Deuce hugs him and thanks him before walking out.
Once the pilot leaves, the doctors talk about what a character he is and how people often make their own fears.
His mom reminds him he had intuition that Steffy was in danger.
CBS
She gets a text from Taylor and leaves to see her.
Li meets with Taylor at the cliff house, surprised that she reached out to her.
CBS
Taylor explains that a doctor in Europe told her she has heart failure. She’s dying.
