Will Nick uncover shocking truths that deepen his concerns about Sharon? On The Young and the Restless, Sharon’s behavior is undoubtedly alarming her loved ones.
She’s been grappling with a mental health crisis for weeks, and it seems to be getting worse by the day.
She moved from experiencing visions of Cassie and fantasizing about reconciliation with Nick to having full-fledged talks with a very dead Cameron, who has been pressuring her to succumb to her darkest inclinations.
Nick’s Race Against Time
Unfortunately, with Cameron on her mind, Sharon’s worst inclinations have been to lash out at Daniel, Lucy, and Phyllis whenever she sees them.
She blames Daniel for Cassie’s death, Lucy for Faith being in a car accident and Phyllis for destroying her marriage with Nick.
Nick, Faith, and Mariah are at their wits’ end, wondering how to assist Sharon next after learning she has been talking to Cameron and seeing her harsh attitude toward Phyllis and her kids.
Viewers understand that Sharon’s loved ones must act quickly since Sharon looks to be considering murdering Daniel.
While we don’t know if she’ll commit the deed during the week of September 23, before we go on to next week, let’s look at what Nick says in an episode of The Young and the Restless that airs on September 20.
He discusses his worries about Sharon with Victor, Victoria, and Nikki, and suggests that she see her doctor to update him on her conduct.
Although Nick’s family is first skeptical of the concept, fearing Nick would hit a brick wall because doctors seldom reveal a patient’s medical history with anybody other than the patient, his family gradually supports his plan after learning more about Sharon’s conduct.
Danger Ahead
Assume Nick follows through and speaks with Sharon’s doctor. We’ve always suspected that Sharon’s bipolar medication was tampered with in an attempt to ruin her.
Considering she had been doing well on her medicine for years, it seemed weird that her “doctor” would suddenly want to replace it.
So we’ve considered the possibility that Sharon is being targeted by someone with a grudge against her.
Is it feasible that Nick goes to talk with Sharon’s doctor about Sharon’s recent conduct only to discover that the doctor is acting suspiciously, or perhaps guilty?
If so, will Nick undertake some research and discover that the doctor was paid by someone to jeopardize Sharon’s mental health for a malicious purpose?
It’s not difficult to see Cameron’s long-lost cousin or love partner traveling to Genoa City to exact revenge on Sharon for Cameron’s murder.
Is Someone Targeting Sharon?
Taking this notion a step further, one of Cameron’s relatives or lovers may be enraged that he left his company to Sharon in his will and set out to steal it.
Let’s suppose the doctor is authentic and has a solid cause for adjusting Sharon’s meds.
However, after hearing Nick’s concerns about Sharon, the doctor violates doctor-patient confidentiality by informing Nick that he hasn’t checked in with Sharon in a while, despite her assertions.
This may drive the doctor to warn Nick that Sharon is a threat to herself or others, causing him to rush to find her. In any circumstance, the outcome is the same.
Sharon requires immediate assistance before she does something that will cause one family in Genoa City to grieve. Will Sharon’s current narrative lead back to Fairview?
If so, will she meet a villain who sets off a new narrative on The Young and the Restless?
