Tuesday September 24, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy’s intuition tells her that Taylor is hiding something, while Ridge opens up to Brooke with a surprising confession.
Monday’s Early B&B recap: Taylor makes Li swear to keep her impending de.ath a secret, while Brooke informs Eric and Donna that she and Taylor are determined to be friends.
At the cliff house, Steffy notices Taylor is on the verge of tears and asks what’s troubling her.
Taylor brushes it off, claiming she was just reminiscing, but Steffy isn’t convinced. She senses her mother is hiding something.
As they sit down for coffee, Steffy gently pushes her mom to open up.

When Taylor remains tight-lipped, Steffy reassures her by calling her an incredible woman. Their conversation shifts to men, and Taylor affirms that she doesn’t need a man to be happy.
She expresses gratitude for her family, sharing thoughts about working remotely. Steffy admits she doesn’t want to hold her mom back from doing what she loves but makes it clear that she wants her to stay close.

This is what Taylor wants too, she assures Steffy.
Steffy gushes about what a wonderful mom she was to her and Phoebe.
Steffy cries that she understands the fragility of life and is glad she can hold on to her until she’s old and grey. She’s lucky she’s there.

They hug it out. Steffy loves having her there for the holidays.
They tell each other how they love one another and Taylor says, “I need you too, more than you can possibly know.” They cry in each other’s arms.

In her office, Li flashes back to Taylor confessing she has heart failure and is dying and swore her to secrecy. Finn drops by for a consult.

She gives him advice and he can tell she has a lot on her mind. He thinks it’s about Jack but she denies it and tries to get rid of him.
He sits down and urges her to open up. He asks if she’s concerned about a patient. “I’m very concerned,” she allows, but won’t discuss it, claiming he has enough on his plate.

He pushes and she tells him it’s a patient and quite complicated. He offers to give input but she can’t allow it due to privacy.
She tells him the case is the type that keeps you up at night and reveals the person won’t tell her family about the issue.

Finn and Li agree it’s best to lean on family during a difficult time. Li is determined to keep trying to get through to her.
Finn can see she cares a lot but she can’t force her patient to open up to family. He understands the feeling of being powerless. It’s a challenging job.
Li tells him the woman is important to her, a fellow grandmother.

In the CEO office at Forrester, Ridge likes the look of one of Brooke’s lingerie pieces and asks her to try it on.
She says she will but in their private bedroom.
They talk about the whole family thriving and kiss.
They continue to discuss how wonderful everything is and how Steffy’s doing well after the kidnapping and so happy her mom is home. Brooke’s glad her mom is there for her.

Ridge thinks it’s the best decision Taylor made, coming to LA.
They need peace, love and prosperity.
He wants Brooke and Taylor to be BFFs again. Brooke laughs in memory and says they’re working on it. He wants that. Brooke has the feeling that his ex needs to be around family. She loves her family.
Being alone can take a toll, Brooke agrees.

They repeat themselves about Steffy being happy to have her mom back and Ridge admits she convinced him to make sure Taylor will stay.
Ridge hopes Brooke doesn’t mind discussing Taylor. Brooke’s fine with it and calls them a messy happy family. She’s glad Taylor’s home. They kiss and share an embrace.
