Following the struggles with Luna and Poppy, Bill can’t stop thinking about Katie. He’s ready to rekindle the spark in their love and explore a new beginning together.
However, one important aspect appears to be missing: a daughter.
At this point in his life, Bill isn’t the type of person who wants to start parenting again, especially with a newborn.
He has not forgotten the difficulties and dangers that surrounded Katie’s pregnancy with Will.
However, now that he has accepted his job as a Girl Dad, Bill may be investigating alternative ways to extend the Spencer family, such as adopting an older child rather than a newborn.
After all, Bill was willing to accept Luna as his daughter, regardless of her biological origins, because Poppy is her mother.
Perhaps exploring adoption would allow him to give a loving home to an older child in need. Adoption has a long history on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Zende was accepted by his adoptive parents and became an official part of the Forrester family, with all of the benefits that come with that designation.

Given his love of being a Girl Dad, it is not surprising that Bill would consider adoption as a chance to continue that journey and provide a caring home for another kid.
As their love rekindles, we can see Katie supporting Bill’s wish to adopt, particularly because it would assist in bringing their family together.
Will would probably be on board if it meant bringing everyone closer together.
Will had never had a problem with having a sister; instead, he began to wonder if Luna was genuinely his sister at all.
We feel Will would succeed as a big brother if his parents chose to adopt, therefore enhancing their family ties.
Meanwhile, Bill and Katie are still in the early stages of their new relationship, and Poppy is optimistic that she may continue to have a role in Bill’s life.
However, it appears that Bill has come to recognize the possible benefits of having a daughter, and he may be interested in exploring that prospect with Katie, assuming she is open.
