I was just a child when my owner abandoned me, throwing me into a black garbage bag and leaving me to die in a vacant lot. I endured four days of agony, suffering from cold, thirst, hunger, and the incessant bites of ants and ticks. I thought I couldn’t survive anymore.
But then, something miraculous happened. My mother noticed my case and rescued me, showing me the love and care that I had never experienced before. She took me to the clinic where Dr. Carol took care of me, gave me medicine, and nursed me back to health.
It was not an easy journey, but my mother never gave up on me. She talked to me, encouraged me, and fed me with my first piece of meat after five days of starvation. I slowly regained my strength, and for the first time in my life, I felt loved and wanted.
Today, I am happy and healthy, playing and running around with my mother by my side. I thank her for saving me, for giving me a happy home, and for being the best mom I could ever ask for. I love you so much, Mom!
