Wednesday September 25, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Liam inquires with Bill about his feelings for Katie, Ridge detects tension in his office, and Steffy is enthusiastic about spending more time with her mom.
Tuesday’s Early B&B recap: Finn provides his insights on Li’s new case, while Taylor confides in Steffy, admitting that she needs her more than she could ever know.
Finn walks into the cliff house, still fresh from his swim, and kisses Steffy. He expresses a wish that he could skip work and spend the morning with her.

She plans to spend the day with her mom and hopes she stays in town permanently.
Taylor interrupts, and Steffy suggests that she either join her at the office or that they can just stay there together.

Taylor sits and gets a text from Li, begging her to tell her family about her illness.
Her daughter hands her some coffee and they talk about how much they have missed each other. Steffy wonders if this extends to Ridge.

Once Finn exits, Taylor tells her daughter she doesn’t need a man in her life. Every minute counts and she wants to spend it with her family and feeling love.

Steffy tells her there are so many milestones she can still share with the kids. As they hug, Taylor looks worried.
Brooke and Hope are at Forrester. Brooke complains about how swamped she is by interview requests and her daughter points out it’s a sign of her success.

Brooke asks if she’s keeping her feelings for Finn in check. Hope says there is no reason to worry.

Squinting Brooke asks if she’s sure. Ridge walks in and asks if everything is alright.
They claim all is well. He senses tension. Brooke admits it’s real but Hope says it’s nothing for anyone to worry about.

She asks him how it is to have Taylor back in town. He says everyone is thrilled and Taylor is so full of life.
At Bill’s, he and Liam do some paperwork. Bill has been distracted. His son asks about Poppy’s absence and wonders what it means.

Bill wants to focus on business. His son has trouble with that.
Liam starts asking about his feelings for Katie and if she knows he wants her back.

Bill says Katie is the one person he can count on to call him out… that he will listen to.
She’s the wisest person he knows.
CBS
Liam says Poppy isn’t a bad person either. But that doesn’t make her the person for Bill.
Bill assumes he has been talking to Will about this. His son is sure he wants a family reunion.
Bill is starting to feel like that might be possible. He’s hopeful.

Will stops by the design office with coffee for his mom. She starts quizzing him about his plans and suggests he try working at Forrester.
CBS
He’s sure his dad would love that.
She knows that Spencer is his legacy but he has other options. Carter joins them as Katie continues to pitch a job at Forrester.
CBS
They keep pitching all the things the fashion industry does. Will is convinced it would be a great place to work.
CBS
Katie is fine with him working for his dad as long as it’s his choice. Will says his decisions have been his for awhile.
Once Carter exits, Bill texts, asking to see Katie. Jokingly, her son tells her to only go if it’s her choice.

When Katie arrives at Bill’s, she wonders why he called her and says he seems keyed-up.
CBS
He explains that he’s been thinking. That sounds like bad news to her.
Beaming, he says he wants to talk about their future as a family.

Steffy joins Hope in the design office and they talk about how grateful they are to have their moms around.
CBS
Steffy assures her she won’t be trying to play matchmaker. Hope says their parents have made their choices.
Steffy reminds her that Ridge always goes back and forth and she can see how much her mom still loves her dad.
Hope assumes she’s saying she wants her parents to be back together.
CBS
Taylor stops by the office to see Ridge. He tells her that she’s the guiding star in their daughter’s life and she needs that now.
CBS
He goes on about the grandchildren and all the milestones they have coming up.
Taylor tells her this time is a gift and they aren’t getting any younger. They need to make the most of the time they have.
She tells him she’s back with the people she loves and they embrace.
