The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, October 7, reveal that Kyle runs into Audra at Society. According to Soaps Spoilers, Audra vows to step up her game the next time they face off.

Kyle tells her there won’t be a next time—he won, and she lost. However, Audra isn’t convinced; she’s not ready to give up just yet.

Audra unleashes her anger at Kyle. She cannot believe he pulled this stunt with Victor. She points out that Kyle has never struggled for anything, which shows. Everything she has achieved has been a struggle. She won’t let him win. He may have won this battle, but it is not over yet.

Kyle spots Claire at GCAC. He tells her she is out late, and she notices he is out late, too. Claire says she has “a thousand thoughts running through her mind.” Kyle hopes it is good thoughts and grins.

Kyle Triggers Claire

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Kyle is in a good mood because Audra lost her job. He explains that he pushed her out, showing the “investor” she was a liability. Claire doesn’t seem happy to see Kyle so happy about Aiudra’s misfortune. She points out that he seems “gleeful” over Audra’s firing.

Kyle asks Claire if she is upset with him. She says she isn’t. She just doesn’t understand why he is so excited about Audra’s firing. Kyle explains that he had to prove that he deserved to run Glissade. No one believed in him, but he did it anyway.

“Audra thought she was better than me. She thought she was smarter than me. Now, she is unemployed,” Kyle says as he sips his whiskey.

Claire thinks that Kyle’s attitude is related to his romantic history with Audra. She points out that they did sleep together.

Claire shares that seeing him happy about Audra’s misfortune triggers her. She recalls her upbringing and how her aunt was happy only if someone else suffered. Kyle understands and promises this will be the last time he does it.

Audra Pushes Sally To Forgive Adam

At Society, Sally and Audra meet to chat. Audra tells Sally that she almost lost it on Kyle. She explains how Kyle “snaked” her out of Glissade; Victor fired her.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sally thinks it is unfair but knows firsthand how stressful it is to try to please Victor. Audra won’t back down. She will fight for Glissade but must let go of her anger first.

Audra asks Sally how she feels about Adam. Sally still loves him, but Chelsea is a problem. Audra tells her to “forget about Chelsea” and take back what is hers. That is what she plans to do with Glissade.

Sharon Frames Daniel

At Sharon house, Faith texts her mom, “Mom, where are you?”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon is unraveling in her car. Cameron has abandoned her. She glances at the passenger seat where the bloody blanket is sitting.

Sharon cries, worrying about her future if anyone finds out she killed Heather. She parks her car near the building of Daniel.

Faith’s message pings on Sharon’s phone. “I cannot deal with that now,” Sharon whispers as she slams her phone on the seat.

Sharon brainstorms on how to get Daniel out of the apartment. She cannot go to prison for Heather’s death. She grabs a phone out of her purse and texts Daniel. Over at Daniel’s place, his phone pings. He checks the message, looking confused by the text.

Lucy comes downstairs, saying she cannot sleep. Daniel understands. He thinks it will take time for them to get used to their new normal. Lucy says she will never be happy again. Daniel doesn’t believe that is what her mom would want. She would want them to move on and be happy again.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lucy asks Daniel why he was looking at his phone when she came downstairs. He says he got a text message from her mother’s phone. Lucy stands up in excitement, stating she knew it was a mistake; her mom is alive. Outside the apartment building, Sharon watches for Daniel and Lucy to leave.

In Daniel’s apartment, he reveals that someone found her mom’s phone and wants to return it. Daniel says he needs to get the phone to turn over to the police. It could explain why she was at the river or help them understand what happened to her.

She Knows Soaps reports that Lucy wants to go with him, but he doesn’t think it’s a good idea. He tells her to go back to bed, but Lucy refuses; she cannot sleep. She grabs her coat and insists on going with him.

Daniel texts Heather’s phone, asking if they can meet immediately. Sharon texts back, “Yes, let’s meet.” Sharon watches Daniel’s car leave and says, “Here we go; it’s time.”

Sharon takes Heather’s key and lets herself in the apartment. She opens a bag and stuffs the bloody blanket and Heather’s phone in the liquor cabinet.

Faith Wants To Contact Lucy

Faith is waiting for Sharon at the cabin. She questions where she was so late. Sharon dodges her questions. Faith says it scared her because Lucy’s mom just died for going out late at night. She doesn’t want to lose her.

Sharon tells Faith she went for a drive to clear her head. She was feeling restless and needed to go for a drive. Faith asks if the drive helped. Sharon thinks that she has turned a corner tonight. She believes she will recover and be the mom she needs.

Faith reveals that she called Mariah. When Sharon didn’t respond to her texts, she worried something happened to her. Heather just died, and she doesn’t want anything to happen to her.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Faith wants to contact Lucy. She feels awful about her mom and worries she may need someone to talk to. Sharon thinks it is too soon. She encourages Faith to give it some time before contacting Lucy.

Faith hugs her mom and heads upstairs to bed. Once she exits, Cameron shows up. Sharon accuses him of abandoning her.

Cameron tells Sharon that there’s one more thing for her to do. She needs to alert the police of the evidence in Daniel’s apartment. After that, the police will arrest Daniel, and he will finally pay for everything he has done.

Chance’s Clue

At GCAC, Daniel and Lucy arrive 30 minutes early to retrieve Heather’s phone. They then go to the bar to talk to Chance. Y&R spoilers say that Chance reveals that he is officially back on the GCPD, and his first case is Heather’s. Lucy and Daniel wonder why there is a police investigation. They thought she drowned.

Chance wants to find out what happened to Heather. She was a close friend, and the case is personal to him. Daniel shows Chance the text message he received from Heather’s phone.

Y&R spoilers say that Chance asks when they were supposed to meet him. He replies, “15 minutes ago.” Chance instructs Daniel to offer a reward for the phone. Chance then asks if Heather’s phone is password-protected. After Daniel confirms she has a password on her phone, Chance wonders how the phone finder sent him a message.

Phyllis and Summer spot Chance and Daniel at the bar. They walk over to the bar and question what is going on. Daniel says he will fill them in the details later, but they may have a lead.

Phyllis & Summer Want Answers

At Crimson Lights, Nick, Phyllis and Summer discuss Heather’s death. Summer reveals that Heather’s cause of death was blunt force trauma.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick doesn’t understand what that means. Summer says that Chance thinks she fell and hit her head or someone pushed her.

Phyllis chimes in that this is hard for Daniel and Lucy. The only thing worse than believing Heather drowned in the river is knowing that someone is walking around Genoa City that deliberately killed Heather.

Nick doesn’t want Phyllis’ imagination to run wild. He thinks they should wait for the police investigation. They will find out what happened to Heather. Phyllis feels helpless.

Summer doesn’t know what to do. She asks if she should go to Daniel’s apartment to keep him company. Phyllis suggests they plan Heather’s memorial service. That would be one less thing for Daniel to do.

Nick begs Phyllis to talk to Daniel before doing anything. He knows from losing Sage Warner (Kelly Sullivan) that he appreciated help but wanted to make the decisions. He thinks Phyllis should offer to help but let him decide if she plans the service.

Phyllis confesses that she worries this will push Daniel into the black hole again. Summer doesn’t think it will. He has to care for Lucy, and she believes that will keep him grounded.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Phyllis and Summer don’t believe Heather would sneak out and text Daniel that she needed space. She was direct and would have talked to him in person first.

Nick wants them to let the police do their job. He doesn’t think their theories are helping the situation. The more they speculate about what happened, the more stress it’ll cause Daniel and Lucy.

Phyllis feels good about Chance’s return to GCPD. She knows he will find answers for Daniel and Lucy. Nick asks Summer how she feels about Chance’s return to the force. She admits she doesn’t like it, but he is good at it. She needs to support him, even if she worries about his safety.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Chance will identify a suspect and question them about Heather’s death. Sharon must get her story straight because she needs to prepare for Chance’s questions.
