Meanwhile, Sarah Horton and Xander Cook are hard at work trying to convince EJ DiMera to release Brady Black from prison.
Now that they’ve confirmed Brady wasn’t the hit-and-run driver responsible for Sarah’s accident, they’re pleading for his freedom.
However, there’s a complication—Sarah previously lied, claiming she remembered Brady running her over. Now, with her memory clear and pointing to Fiona Cook as the real culprit, EJ is understandably hesitant.
After all, how many times can one change their story before they lose credibility? Sarah’s situation brings to mind the classic cautionary tale of “the boy who cried wolf.”

With the truth out in the open, Brady also remembers that Fiona was the one responsible for Sarah’s accident. Despite this revelation, the tension between him and Fiona remains unresolved.
