Thursday October 17, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Will explains to Bill his reasons for taking the Forrester internship, while Liam steps in to support Hope, and Steffy seeks clarity on the final outcome.
Wednesday’s Early B&B recap: Liam kisses Hope, while Brooke demands Ridge to explain everything about the straddling incident, and then she tries it herself.
At Forrester’s reception, Carter comes across a photo of Hope and pauses, reminiscing about their kiss. A smile spreads across his face.

In the design office, Liam assists Hope in searching for a thumb drive while she vents about Steffy threatening to cut HFTF once again.

Liam offers to look after their daughter so she can focus.
Carter walks in, surprised to see him there. Liam knows they have a meeting and is sure they will be great and Carter can take care of anyone who looks at Hope funny.

Once Liam takes off, she explains he will be taking Beth for the night so she can unwind.
He assures her she won’t be alone and he’ll have her back.
CBS
In the main office, Steffy reluctantly forgives her father for not saying anything about her mom being ill.
CBS
She’ll forgive him since her mom is now fine and that’s at least partially because of him. She seems like a different person.
They talk about realigning her chakras and the yoga pose that Brooke saw.
When he mentions that Brooke made him do the pose with her, she gets grossed out.
CBS
Brooke walks in. They talk about how happy they are to have Taylor back.
CBS
RJ and Zende walk in, talking about the latest designs for HFTF.
RJ thanks everyone for being so supportive after what Luna did to him. He and Zende haven’t heard from her.
CBS
Zende says they have been on a roll with their designs and he’s confident.
Hope and Carter join them.
Steffy asks him how the numbers for HFTF are looking.
CBS
They sit around nd discuss projections. Steffy wants the bottom line.
They tell her there is growing interest and potential celebrity tie-ins. Carter asks if Eric is coming back.
CBS
Steffy and Ridge say they are running things. She wants to know about buyer commitments, not projections.
CBS
She says Zende and RJ”s designs are great but the numbers aren’t. They promise her there will be gains.
Carter explains the Bedroom Line benefited from all the support they gave it. HFTF needs that kind of support too.
CBS
Carter believes in Hope’s vision and her team. Steffy wants something more substantive.
Carter reminds her this is a family business. Ridge and Steffy point out this is throwing money at a failing line.
CBS
Carter keeps pitching her and says you can’t put a price on Hope’s positive social impact. Forrester would lose its conscience and integrity.
Hope smiles as he says they need to give the line the biggest spotlight they can.

Will stops by his father’s office at Spencer Publications. He has news but he’s not sure he will like it.
CBS
When he announces he got an internship, his father assumes it’s with the company.
His son explains he’s working at Forrester. Bill stares.
CBS
Will says he’s transferring schools. His dad is fine with that but not this Forrester nonsense.
What are they going to teach him to do? Stitch a hem? Get coffee for a bunch of dressmakers?
CBS
Will says it’s experience and the girls are hot. Bill has to think about that.
His son assures him he doesn’t want to be a dressmaker. But the girls are outrageous.
Laughing, Bill says it now all makes sense. When he wants a real job, he can come and see him.
CBS
He appreciates how mature his son is. Will assures him they can still spend time together.
Bill explains that he still hasn’t given up on reuniting with Katie. He wants to make up for leaving her for her sister numerous times.
Will says they are good parents but not a good couple. He’s even told his mom that.
CBS
Bill is disappointed that they still don’t trust him.
Liam strolls in and wonders what’s going on.
His dad says nothing is going on and then Liam explains that his brother was kind enough to recognize he wants a life with Hope again.
