Overcoming Pain and Neglect: The Inspiring Story of BLUE
Meet BLUE, a two-month-old puppy who was abandoned on the street and tied to the gate of Central Market in Slomen. Despite being surrounded by thousands of people passing by, no one came to her aid. BLUE was hungry, but she didn’t want to eat. When we found her, she looked at us with worried eyes, perhaps having experienced abuse.
It was heartbreaking to see such a young puppy endure so much pain and neglect. She had diarrhea, and we knew we had to take her to the vet immediately. The test results came back, and we were relieved to find out that she was negative for the Corona virus and other illnesses.
BLUE started to get better and slowly started eating a little. On the seventh day, we noticed that BLUE was extremely friendly and affectionate. She had a beautiful pair of eyes that would melt anyone’s heart. We knew that she had come a long way in such a short time.
Finally, on day 20, we found BLUE a new home. We are grateful to everyone who shared our story, and BLUE has now found her forever home. We will miss her dearly, but we know she is loved and cared for. Her story is an inspiration to us all, reminding us of the importance of compassion and kindness towards animals who have been neglected and abandoned. We love you, BLUE!
