On a hot summer day, a group of friends were walking down the street when they heard a faint whimpering sound coming from a nearby alley. Rushing over to investigate, they found a small, helpless puppy lying on the ground, barely breathing. Without hesitation, they picked up the puppy and rushed her to the nearest vet clinic.
After being examined by the vet, the puppy was diagnosed with a severe skin condition called demodicosis and had terrible teeth. They named the puppy Yoko and visited her every day at the clinic, watching her slowly improve, gain weight, and her skin heal.
After a few weeks, Yoko was healthy enough to leave the clinic, but the group of friends knew they couldn’t keep her. They posted about her on social media, hoping to find her a loving home. Luckily, a couple from Finland saw the post and immediately fell in love with Yoko. They adopted her and sent the group of friends regular updates on her progress.
