Christel Khalil has been open about her desire to work with Jason Thompson again, so this could be a great opportunity for Lily and Billy to get back together.
That’d mean breaking up Billy and Chelsea Lawson, but many fans are ready for them to split anyway.
Daniel has already betrayed Lily by kissing Heather behind her back, but he could take things to the next level if he cheats in the bedroom, too.
