Thomas’ Unexpected Proposal
Spoilers for The Bold and the Beautiful reveal that recognizing danger to one’s family is a reflexive behavior. Protecting your child is something you do for the rest of your life.
I think her brother is going to get into trouble, says Steffy Forrester.
Ridge wants to make sure his son does not go astray again because he is aware that it happened recently. It is hardly new to be worried about Thomas.
Nevertheless, the novel aspect consists of Hope’s reaction to his romantic advances toward her. Their father and sister of Thomas are worried about that.
The proposal of marriage from Thomas was a big surprise. Hope was not prepared for him to propose to her in the design room.
However, it did happen—he asked the question when the ring box was open. There is a lot of private business conducted in the room that is supposed to be a workspace.
There has been a great deal of romance and a plethora of non-work-related conversations.
Hope and Thomas were chatting amiably, working through the fallout from Steffy and Ridge’s interrogation sessions. Then all of a sudden, Thomas showed off his prepared proposal.
Familial Influence and Ultimate Decisions
Hope’s expression conveyed the instant response from the crowd. Since we are examining Thomas, we should be surprised rather than shocked. Hope is aware that Thomas has been in love with her for a number of years.
She and others labeled his feelings as an obsession for a while, which was understandable.
However, in the last few months, Atkinson’s personality has changed. However, one could argue that a proposal needs to be plausible for more than a year. Hope will therefore have to make a decision about how to react to Thomas.
There is closeness within the Forrester family. They would be described as smothering from a different angle.
The Logans, though, are close as well. Some might consider them to be intrusive, including members of the Forrester family who are not named Ridge.
The concerns expressed by the Logan and Forrester families regarding Thomas and Hope’s relationship were valid. Whatever the bond between these two represents can be described by other terms.
But everyone has to acknowledge that Hope is making Thomas’s work easier. Accepting Thomas’s feelings would be the same as giving them your own. Steffy does not think Hope will follow through.
Ridge continues to make decisions. However, regardless of what their families may think, what matters is what Thomas and Hope ultimately decide on B&B.
