Lily may find out later that Daniel has been unfaithful, which could result in a breakup. That might present Lily with the opportunity to reconcile romantically with her ex-boyfriend.
This could be a fantastic chance for Lily and Billy to reunite, as Christel Khalil has expressed her desire to collaborate with Jason Thompson once more.
Chelsea and Billy would have to break up for that to happen, but many fans are okay with them splitting up nonetheless.
Daniel may escalate the situation if he cheats in the bedroom as well, as he has already deceived Lily by kissing Heather behind her back.
