The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victor has at last cleared out the alcohol from the Newman Ranch.
Nikki was hooked to an IV of alcohol during her abduction by Jordan. Since then, Nikki’s been wrestling to kick the habit and fight her alcoholism.
Sure, her family’s approach didn’t help, what with vodka bottles strewn about and a fully stocked bar.
But now, after weeks, Victor’s stepped up and ditched the liquor, catching Nikki off guard as she stumbled upon jugs of water instead.
In a moment of clarity, as Victor came by to offer comfort, Nikki faced a moment of self-realization.
“Nikki struggles hard with trying to keep her sobriety.”
The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor FINALLY Hides The Booze, Too Little Too Late?
This storyline has already been one that we did not want to see again, but was made worse by the obvious lack of awareness by Victor.
Viewers have been calling out the fact that there was still booze around the ranch and of course Nikki was going to find it.
It’s been a frustrating story to follow and one that could have been further prevented by the smallest of common sense.
Of course, now, they’re making it seem as though Victor is the most loving person in the world and is only thinking about his “sweet baby.” Spare us.
They finally tackled the obvious, no perhaps they can get us out of this storyline and to something new. There are plenty of other interesting things happening in Genoa City that we would rather watch.
It may be time to put Victor and Nikki on the backburner and let the next generation take the reigns. They’ve been the center of attention for decades, and as a result, have gone through their share of storylines.
Why continue to repeat these and make the characters dull when we could experience something new?
