So, Finn, Liam, or both can share whatever Hope does with either of them. She seems more inclined to tell Finn what Thomas said than Liam at this point in the plot.

It will be problematic for Hope to relay what Thomas divulged at any point. But like him, Hope could strategize that getting out in front of this dilemma is good.
So, telling Brooke what Thomas revealed about chasing Emma and seeing the crash could happen. That outcome would send Brooke to Ridge.
He would be faced with either concealing the advice he gave Thomas to never discuss what happened or telling his Logan the truth.
The convergence of many conflict points is in play. Thankfully, the writing staff is addressing this unresolved storyline that was dormant for five calendar years on B&B.
