The Young and the Restless spoilers imply that Heather Stevens is not as sweet as she appears.
It’s evident that she still harbors feelings for Daniel Romalotti and is willing to play a little dirty.
One fine example of this was cuddling up to a very sleepy Daniel on New Year’s Eve.
The two fell asleep, along with their daughter Lucy Romalotti during a family movie night as the clock counted down from 2023 to 2024.
Heather woke up at one point, saw Daniel was asleep, and then cozied up to him, as he was unconscious.
Of course, Lucy woke up before Heather and Daniel did, and upon seeing her parents in this compromising position, took a snapshot of the two.
The teen likely did it with innocent intentions, and probably thought the photo op was a cute one, knowing she’d only keep it for her eyes only.
Fans know all too well that the photo will get seen by someone eventually, but will Heather do something sneaky for the whole world to see it?
She knows that if Lily Winters catches wind of the picture, Daniel’s relationship with his teenage sweetheart will end up in shambles.

At the end of the day, this could mean anything.
One major reason for their split up was because of Daniel’s partying ways, but now that he’s cleaned up his act, Heather is hoping for a reunion.
The only problem is, Lily is in the way of this.
But, if Heather stumbles upon the picture Lucy took on NYE, she could concoct a plan.
After all, it’s not uncommon for parents to do regular sweeps of a teenager’s phone.
In this day and age, it’s vital to peruse their photos, Snapchat app, and other messages to ensure they aren’t up to no good.
Heather may decide to take a look and come across the photo.
Then again, she may accidentally see it, or Lucy may show her.
Could Heather end up sending the photo to her phone?
Will she keep it a secret?
Could she send it anonymously to local media or a town gossip website so that the whole world (including Lily) finds out about her cuddle-fest with Daniel on NYE?
