Amanda’s mom had some health issues, so she’s probably spent a lot of her time focusing on Naya Benedict.
However, Amanda has perhaps found time for dating too since she’s been off canvas for nearly a year.
Could Amanda have a new man by now?
Maybe Amanda met someone off-screen to fall hard for – someone loyal who’s crazy about her and only her.
Devon Hamilton-Winters hurt Amanda by cheating with Abby Newman-Abbott – especially since she had the displeasure of walking in on Abby and Devon doing the deed.
It was an unbelievably soapy moment, but it was also a hurtful and enraging one for Amanda.
Sadly, Amanda didn’t have a lot of success in the dating department while she was in GC, but maybe she turned things around while she was away.
Some people say the best revenge is living well, so it’d be nice if Amanda could come home and gloat about having a new man who treats her right.
The show might even cast a handsome male actor to play a boyfriend who accompanies Amanda on her visit.
Amanda is only popping in for a short stint, so it wouldn’t cost much money to throw in someone new for her.
Of course, we’re not saying that Amanda needs a man to be happy, but it’d be wonderful to see her thriving – particularly if she gets a chance to throw it in Abby and Devon’s faces.
Devon and Abby found happiness together as a real couple after Amanda left town, so she also deserves an opportunity to find that same happiness.
Perhaps Amanda has already found it, so we’ll see if she might show off a new guy or at least talk about having one.
If nothing else, Amanda might open up to Phyllis Summers about her hunky new beau and offer up a sizzling picture of him.
