Feelings are Good
Even though Marlena needs to figure out what’s going on with John at home, the people of Salem continue to need her.
If it isn’t Paulina taking up time in her office, it’s Alex. Once again, she tries to help Harris open up and communicate his inner thoughts and desires.
In his case, he needs to talk through his feelings for Ava. At one point, the two developed a solid relationship.
Then Salem’s drug epidemic happened. Suddenly, Ava’s hot and cold, and it’s twisting him inside and out.
Especially since up until somewhat recently, he was basically Megan Hathaway’s brainwashed automaton.
Meaning Harris doesn’t know how to handle deep, substantial feelings, particularly when dealing with a complicated woman who’s currently in a fake relationship.
Marlena better give him some of the best advice of her life.
No Sympathy for the Devil
Much like Ava, Sloan Petersen is a complicated woman. However, her current needs are simple.
She wants time alone with her husband, Eric.
With a new baby, being blackmailed, and throwing disastrous dinner parties, she and Eric aren’t getting much of a chance to be intimate.
So when the two do get a few minutes to themselves, they’re interrupted.
Prayers must not be doing their job. Guess working out an intricate schedule probably isn’t either.
So what’s it going to take for Sloan and Eric to get some hot and heavy alone time together?
A deal with the Devil? Because in Salem, that can be arranged.
Help They Need Somebody
While Lucas has to be grateful for being out of Statesville, he’s still feeling stuck.
The only people who know he’s in hiding upstairs from The Pub are Kate and Roman.
So he feels the need to get creative. He takes a chance by summoning Chad and Everett for an interview. What could possibly go wrong?
Finally, Theresa has a work crisis that, unfortunately, Alex can’t fix. It’s a possibility that Brady can, however.
How wise will it be if Theresa turns to Brady knowing damn well Alex is suddenly a jealous, possessive kind of guy?
