Spoilers for Young and Restless hint that Nate may have seen his ambition and drive diminish after his stint at Newman Enterprises.
Now back at the family business, working at Chancellor-Winters alongside cousins Devon and Lily, Nate appears to have settled.
But the question remains: Will he be satisfied with this status quo, or can Audra spark a resurgence in his thirst for success?

Y&R’s Nate Hastings and Audra Charles found that they had a similar ambition and motivation for advancement. When Nate was at Newman Media, he ended up hiring Audra.
When he started having a relationship with Victoria, he was promoted to Newman Enterprises. Audra stepped into his position as CEO of Newman Media.
Audra and Nate both had ambitious goals to make it to the top in their corporate environment. She loved her position at Newman Media and Nate was satisfied as well, being able to work with Victoria and be in a key role within the company.
Then Victor happened and messed up both of their situations.
Audra has been demoted as is currently working for Nikki at Newman Media, which is not great when you have been in the leadership role.
Nate has been fired from Newman completely and it back to work at his family’s company, Chancellor-Winters.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Enticing?
Y&R Audra Charles isn’t satisfied. She had agreed to work with Tucker In his quest to take over Jabot. She wanted this so that she could be the CEO.
But she has recently seen that Tucker is a dead end. He is still caught up in Ashley, even if he says he isn’t.
He doesn’t have a clear path ahead for taking over the company and Audra feels let down.
She wants to go after Tucker and put him in his place. Audra wants to be in charge of something and it sounds great to her to take over Tucker’s company Glissade which he was going to run with Ashley.
Audrey feels done with Tucker and since he isn’t fulfilling his promise to her to turn over Jabot to her, she wants to make her own way and take his company.
But she needs help and has asked Nate to join her. She suggestively encourages him to join her on this venture to take over Glissade.
But, is Nate really that into the conquest and into her? Or is he going to stay with his family company and keep being a friend to Victoria? What do you think?
