There was a certain comfort that Phyllis found in Danny – though winning her competition with Christine was obviously a huge factor, too.
Phyllis doesn’t like to lose, so she may find herself drawn to a different former flame and another rivalry as well.
Could the feud over Jack Abbott reignite and put Phyllis at odds with Diane Jenkins-Abbott again?
Jack was furious with Phyllis for faking her demise and trying to make sure Diane went to prison for it, but time tends to heal all wounds on The Young and the Restless.
Now that Jack’s anger has dialed down, there’s the potential for him to fall for Phyllis once more.
Jack is in a happy marriage with Diane at the moment, but blissful soap romances don’t typically last forever.
That’s especially true when there are manipulative characters like Phyllis around to make a mess of things!
