‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers have unfolded with an array of peculiar choices and strategies as the new writing team has opted for a return to a more traditional storytelling rhythm, enriching the show with deeper conversations.
This shift hasn’t been without its critiques, notably due to some dubious choices, particularly from Harris Michaels.
The reintroduction of Michaels to ‘Days of Our Lives’ has been met with lukewarm reception.
Harris is an old time sheriff
For ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers, Harris is coming across more like an old Wild West sheriff than a modern day police officer, and it looks like he could get the desired results.
He’ll protect Ava and Stefan will lose one of the two things he has left in the world.
The main problem with this is it leaves a couple of loose strings, including what will happen when Rafe Hernandez learns Harris has continued to work on his own.
We have a feeling his days in law enforcement may end there, but since he left the show it makes sense he’ll move on after redeeming himself.
But there’s another angle, and while it’ll allow Xander Cook to shine, it’s something that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense in some ways.
Will Stefan Topple EJ?
It’s clear Harris will protect Ava and stop the drug ring at all costs, and that means Xander will be left to drift in the wind since he hasn’t been cleared, he just hasn’t been identified by Harris.
This allowed Xander to be released on bail, and now he’ll set to work figuring out who shot Harris.
In a recent interview, the actor talked about Xander using the newspaper’s resources to dig up he information needs to figure it out.
It’s a nice change from his usual walking in ready to fight and rely on the story to sort itself out.
He’ll be proactive and smart, and it’ll be a cool way to cement himself in place to inherit Victor Kiriakis empire.
How will Harris end his time in Salem?
