Additionally, the probate of Victor’s will takes place, distributing his vast wealth among his heirs, both deserving and otherwise.
Maggie Knows
At long last Maggie gets hip to Konstantin’s treacherous ways.
“He has messed with the wrong redhead,” she announces after Marlena, John, and Steve fill her in on the conman’s schemes.
Now, the trio just wants her help to bring him down. “Are you in?” asks Steve. Do we even have to wonder what her answer will be?
Hey Jude
After Leo’s reveal that Nicole and EJ’s baby is alive and that Sloan and Eric are raising him, EJ confronts Sloan, who delivers an even bigger bombshell about little Jude.
“Eric is the biological father,” announces Sloan.
A stunned EJ can’t believe his ears. So he decides to find out the truth by running tests on Jude.
“I want those DNA results as soon as possible,” he later shouts into the phone to someone.
Will Call
Meanwhile, after a few long months, Victor’s will has finally cleared probate.
“We’re going to be set for life,” says Theresa to Alex. Then, she quickly corrects herself. “I mean, you’re going to be set for life.”
Of course, Alex is clueless to the fact that he’s not really Victor’s biological son – Xander is.
Nor, does he know that Theresa and Konstantin manipulated the whole thing.
Baby Blow
What should be a joyous time for Johnny and Chanel has turned into their worst nightmare.
Yes, Chanel’s expecting their first child, but because she was exposed to radiation poisoning, the repercussions could be dire.
“Our baby could have serious birth defects,” a teary-eyed Johnny tells his father.
Later, Johnny shares a tender moment with Chanel and wipes away her tears.
Meanwhile, Paulina is devastated, knowing she’s the cause of the young couple’s pain. “What have I done?” she asks as she cries in Abe’s arms.
“It’s not knowing,” bemoans Chanel, who tries to come to terms with the situation.
EJ, however, believes he knows what has to be done and shares his thoughts with Johnny.
“This is just too risky. You can’t have this baby,” he tells his son. What will Johnny and Chanel do?
